• Postpartum Planning - from the essential newborn care to partner communication and developing your support network, this in-depth class helps to prepare you for what comes after your baby has arrived. With evidence-based information and personal experience, we help equip you with a feeling of readiness that is often overlooked during the perinatal journey. 
   

• Breastfeeding Fundamentals - we provide evidence-based education primarily focused on breastfeeding, covering the essential skills you need for a confident start. Learn basic positioning, effective latch techniques, and strategies for milk supply and common challenges. We will also briefly introduce paced bottle-feeding methods as a valuable skill ensuring a smooth transition between feeding types.

• Baby Basics and Infant CPR/AED & Choking - this essential, hands-on class covers both everyday care and life-saving emergency skills. Learn how to respond in an emergency situation as well as the essentials of caring for a newborn.

• Snack & Chat: Support For Your Feeding Journey - whether you’re in your first week or your first year, your breastfeeding journey deserves a soft landing and specialized support. This relaxed, hands-on gathering is designed to offer both expert guidance and the comfort of community as you navigate the ups and downs of feeding your baby.
