You can choose to learn in the comfort of your own home (virtual or private in-home) or attend our organized community workshops where you can connect with other new parents on a similar journey. Essential Hands-On Baby Basics: Gain immediate confidence in daily care with practical guidance on diapering, swaddling, bathing, and feeding techniques. In-Depth Planning & Support: Create a smooth transition by covering parental leave logistics, effective communication with your partner, and setting boundaries to protect your recovery and bonding time. Your Essential Resource: Every attendee receives the "Embracing Postpartum: Your How-To Guide" comprehensive workbook, a valuable resource that serves as your personal guide throughout your postpartum journey.

Cancellation Policy
Registration and Payment: Full payment for the workshop is due within 24 hours of registration to officially secure your booking. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your reservation will be automatically released. Pricing: All workshop fees are listed on our website and are subject to GST. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Our policy allows for flexibility in scheduling, recognizing the unpredictable nature of the perinatal journey. However all workshop fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reserved spot, you may transfer your registration to a future workshop date without penalty. How to Reschedule: You must notify us in writing via email to initiate the transfer process. Space Availability: Transfers are subject to availability in the future workshop of your choice. Workshop Cancellation by Perinatal Embrace Perinatal Embrace reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by us, you will be offered a choice of either a full refund or a transfer to the next available workshop date.
