This essential, hands-on workshop covers both everyday care and life-saving emergency skills, turning anxiety into action and confidence taught by Heart & Stroke Foundation certified Basic Life Support Instructors. What You Will Master: Infant CPR & Choking (Hands-On): Gain the vital skills to respond decisively in an emergency with practical Infant CPR and choking rescue techniques. Daily Care Fundamentals: hands-on practical mastery of swaddling, bathing, diapering, and safe sleep practices. Decoding Your Baby: Learn to recognize and respond to hunger cues and proven strategies for soothing and calming your baby. Feeding & Sleep Basics: Essential guidance on initial feeding logistics and establishing healthy sleep foundations.

Cancellation Policy
Registration and Payment: Full payment for the workshop is due within 24 hours of registration to officially secure your booking. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your reservation will be automatically released. Pricing: All workshop fees are listed on our website and are subject to GST. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Our policy allows for flexibility in scheduling, recognizing the unpredictable nature of the perinatal journey. However all workshop fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reserved spot, you may transfer your registration to a future workshop date without penalty. How to Reschedule: You must notify us in writing via email to initiate the transfer process. Space Availability: Transfers are subject to availability in the future workshop of your choice. Workshop Cancellation by Perinatal Embrace Perinatal Embrace reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by us, you will be offered a choice of either a full refund or a transfer to the next available workshop date.
