At Perinatal Embrace, we believe that every parent deserves a comfortable and nurturing transition into parenthood. Our doula team offers tailored support and guidance to meet the unique needs of each family.

We met in 2022 at a DONA postpartum doula workshop and immediately hit it off.  With our similar views on the importance of support during the transformative period of postpartum, and our own experiences as mothers of two we realized we had a deep alignment and a shared passion for helping new parents. We knew that we needed to work together to create a supportive and nurturing environment for families along their perinatal journey. We have dedicated our time to serving new parents in Airdrie, Okotoks, Calgary and beyond with our expertise in perinatal support.

Our offerings: 

• Birth Support: we provide hands on birth support to help parents navigate the complexities of childbirth.

• Postpartum Planning Workshops: our postpartum planning services help families prepare for the time after birth and ensure a smooth and comfortable transition.

• Postpartum support: our postpartum support focuses on offering emotional, practical, and physical support to allow new parents to rest and recover.

• Breastfeeding Support: we offer breastfeeding support by a certified lactation consultant to help new parents establish a healthy breastfeeding routine.

• CPR Instruction: we also provide CPR instruction (Child and Infant, Level C, and BLS) to ensure parents are well-equipped to handle any emergency situations.
